REFUNDS
Depending on when you cancel your registration, % will be refund

Before 1st/April     50%
From 15th/April    25%

After April 15, we will not refund registrations, except those which have paid Cancellation Insurance.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
What is Cancellation Insurance? It’s a€20 insurance policy that that you are recommended to take out when you register for the race, and guarantees you will get a refund of 100% for cancellation on any date before the race. As from the actual race day there will be no refund.

HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND

You must send an email to info@challengecanarias.com including your full name, passport number and bank account details (including IBAN and SWIFT code details).

Refunds will be made once a week and will be made to the Credit Card used for the payment.
